To ensure availability, be sure to reserve your table or section before or after submitting this form. Please reserve only for your immediate guests. Once your reservation and celebration package are confirmed, you’ll receive a custom flyer to invite additional guests to RSVP.

Flyer & Screen Details:
• FREE “Celebration Vibes” includes a sponsored flyer with Xperience promos and partner ads.
• All paid packages include a clean, personal, ad-free flyer.
• Add-On: Flyer on venue screens for FREE, Spark, or Celebration packages is available for $75 (already included with Luxe Bash, Ultimate Lounge, and Takeover Celebration).

Deposit & Payment Policy (for Celebration Packages / Parties)

For all paid celebration packages and group parties, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date and package.

Once your request is approved, we will send you an invoice or payment link for the deposit. Your celebration is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your celebration date. If the balance is not paid by that time, your reservation and package may be cancelled and the deposit may be forfeited.
